Catch of the Day

Description

Another example of being in the right place at the right time, excellent knowledge of the bush and having the patience to sit something out. Ali, my guide, spotted this small-ish croc swimming along the bank of the lake we had just had breakfast by, it had something sticking out of the side of its mouth. On closer inspection it was a fish’s tail. Ali suspected that the croc was swimming towards the shallows where it could devour the fish in relative safety. So we followed and waited for it to enjoy its meal in peace.
